Mr. McEachern practices primarily Family Law and Estate Planning. Mr. McEachern’s focus is on litigation, specifically trials, in cases that are better resolved by going to trial. Mr. McEachern attended Loyola Law School in Downtown Los Angeles in 2002 and received his B.A. from UC San Diego in 1999. During law school, Mr. McEachern authored articles for the Semi-Annual Alumni Magazine and has published several articles in the Daily Journal during his legal career.

Mr. McEachern is married with three children.
